Application Process
Contact the Program Director of Boys Hope Girls Hope Cincinnati at kallen@bhgh.org to discuss the possibility of a program scholarship. We will arrange a personal interview between the referral agent (if applicable), Boys Hope Girls Hope, the potential scholar, and his or her family. After completing the interview, the child’s parent/guardian must submit the following materials to Boys Hope Girls Hope:
- Completed program application
- Academic record & immunization records
- Letter from the child to the Program Director/Program Committee requesting consideration
Once the application has been received and reviewed, Boys Hope Girls Hope will arrange for psychological/academic testing and schedule a visit for the child and his or her family to the program. Following the testing and visit, the Program Committee of the Board of Directors will determine a youth’s acceptance into the program. This process typically takes between 6-8 weeks.
